Antilopenskolan is a preschool through grade 6 school in central Klippan with good communication options. The school has approximately 200 students, of whom approximately 90 are enrolled in the after-school care program. Joy, security, and development permeate our school. ICT is an important part of student learning, and Klippans Municipality has invested in one-to-one technology from grade 4 onwards. Language-developing work methods through cooperative learning form the foundation of our teaching. We believe in shared leadership in the classrooms, both from the students' learning perspective and from the teachers' work environment. The school therefore uses a two-teacher system in grades 1-6. 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a substitute in the after-school care program, your task will be to work at Antilopenskolan's after-school care with students and colleagues. You will work both indoors and outdoors. You will lead and participate in activities with students, provide students with support in various ways, and participate and take responsibility during students' meals. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who want to work as a substitute at Antilopenskolan's after-school care and/or in the school. The school has two after-school care departments for ages preschool-2 and grades 3-6. You are welcome to be trained as an after-school care teacher/primary school teacher or have other pedagogical education, but we also seek unqualified individuals who have experience working in after-school care/school. You are secure in yourself, calm, and have clarity and the ability to set boundaries. You take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. We expect you to be engaged and reliable. Your interpersonal skills are of course high! We place great importance on personal suitability. We use continuous recruitment. Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
