We are a school in southern Stockholm with approximately 310 students. The Adapted Primary School currently consists of 40 students from grades F-6 in subjects and subject areas. Teaching at Rågsveds Adapted Primary School is characterized by joy and enthusiasm. It is based on students' needs and is adapted to their conditions. We continuously follow up and adapt our teaching based on students' development, interests, and abilities. Teaching is based on current research to provide students with the best conditions to succeed. Our adapted primary school is integrated within the primary school's facilities and each classroom is designed for individual work and group work. We want the school to be a safe and stimulating workplace for students and staff. Now we are looking for a new team member to further strengthen our team. Job Description We are looking for a teacher to work as a mentor for a class at our adapted primary school. The position is time-limited as it is a parental leave substitute. You will be a mentor for a group of students of mixed ages. You will plan and conduct teaching in various subject areas. We are looking for a dedicated teacher with high competence who is passionate about teaching in adapted primary school. You can relate to the situations that exist in adapted primary school and are accustomed to collaborating with others, but can also work independently. The activity is permeated by Rågsveds Primary School's core mission - Knowledge, safety and movement, and in your role you contribute to that. Qualifications Requirements: - Teacher's degree. - Knowledge of students with a combination of intellectual disability and autism. - You are a calm, secure, and stable teacher who has the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
