We are now seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager for a temporary position from September 2026 to April 2027. About the role In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring business-efficient sourcing work by developing supplier relationships, driving negotiations, and managing supplier agreements. You will work closely with the business to create competitive terms while ensuring quality, sustainability, and availability. An important part of the assignment is to manage and further develop existing procurement and sourcing strategies and contribute to Kronans Apotek's continued development in procurement. During the temporary assignment, you will also be involved in initiatives related to store assortment, with a focus on optimizing the offering for both customers and the business. Examples of your responsibilities: Support the development of supplier and procurement strategies Create and improve governance documents, processes, templates, and tools within Sourcing Overall supplier responsibility for selected suppliers Drive contract negotiations Conduct supplier evaluations and follow-up meetings (Business Review Meetings) Price and terms negotiations Organize and monitor the company's executed agreements You will report to the Group Manager of Sourcing and become part of a team consisting of three additional colleagues within Strategic Sourcing. You are welcome to our nice office in Stadshagen, Kungsholmen, where we practice hybrid work (minimum 3 days in the office). We are looking for an experienced and business-driven sourcing professional. You thrive in an independent role where you drive negotiations, build strong supplier relationships, and identify opportunities to develop processes and create business value. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and unpretentious, with good collaboration skills and a natural focus on results. We are looking for someone who has: Several years of professional experience in sourcing or strategic procurement Experience from retail, FMCG, or the pharmacy sector Solid experience with supplier negotiations Extensive experience with contract drafting and contract management Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Our recruitment process We're glad you're interested in applying for this role with us!
