Job Responsibilities
As a personal assistant, you will support the person in their home, starting from the user's needs and wishes. Job tasks include practical chores, personal care, medical interventions, leisure activities, and social contacts. You will provide the support the user needs to participate in all activities as much as possible and contribute to the user having a good life situation.
Qualifications
We would like you to have a completed education from a care program, children's and leisure program, or 1-year personal assistance training. Applicants with other education or experience backgrounds that the employer deems equivalent may be considered for employment. You have good knowledge of Swedish both written and verbal. The work should be characterized by a pedagogical approach to support the user in maintaining their skills as much as possible. It is important that you feel secure in your professional role and can act professionally. We also see that you are social, attentive, and proactive in activities with the user. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Work as a personal assistant requires good physical fitness in the form of strength, endurance, and mobility. Since the work requires documentation, it is desirable that you have good computer skills. We would like you to have a class B driver's license and access to a car.

The temporary position is at an employment rate of 85.01%, working day, evening, and weekend shifts.
