Temporary Night Shift Position – Short-Term and Respite Care Services

Annagården Annagården has thirty rooms for short-term care, respite care, and relief services. The facility is centrally located with easy access to public transportation, the harbor, city center, library, church, and the city park. It serves individuals with temporary health challenges, those needing rehabilitation after hospitalization, those awaiting assessments for future care or support services, or those requiring end-of-life care. Our goal is to provide professional care and support with the individual's needs at the center. We are seeking an engaged and confident team member for a 6-month temporary night shift position within our short-term and respite care services at Annagården. At Annagården, we work with an activating approach and everyday rehabilitation. Short-term and respite care means our clients stay with us for limited periods. This requires flexibility, attentiveness, and the ability to quickly establish good rapport and a safe relationship. Your Work Tasks The assignment involves night shift work. The position is a full-time 6-month temporary role. Work tasks include, for example, standard care activities, rehabilitation, delegated health and medical services such as medication administration, wound dressing, various assessments, etc. We work in an interdisciplinary manner together with nurses, rehabilitation teams, and case workers. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified nursing assistant. It is a merit if you have previous experience working in short-term care facilities, in elderly care, in a hospital environment, or equivalent experience. We are looking for someone who: • Is communicative and has a high degree of social competence. • Is flexible and cooperative. It is important that you are a team player. • Is empathetic and attentive, and genuinely care about other people. • Is respectful and values the integrity of every individual. • Your positive attitude contributes to a wonderful work environment and residential environment. • Is confident, stable, and has the ability to understand things from the elderly residents' perspective. • Is responsible and plans your work according to the residents' needs. • Is independent and has the ability to prioritize your tasks. You must speak and write fluent Swedish. We work with digital documentation, which means you need to be able to work in digital environments. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
