Temporary Custodial Staff Position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Service Unit's mission is to manage custodial and kitchen operations in our school activities as well as municipal activities and facilities. As a custodial worker, you work closely with clients performing daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and floor maintenance in municipal facilities. The work is performed both individually and in groups. Movement between different work locations occurs. You will be employed in the department with a temporary placement at Törnströmska gymnasium (50%) and Arenaskolan (50%). The department is undergoing a change process, so we are looking for someone who is positive, curious, and wants to contribute to developing our work methods. QUALIFICATIONS Language Able to communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience At least 3 years of experience in custodial work Education SRY or PRYL education Computer Skills Good digital skills; additional merit if you have worked with more advanced digital systems for custodial work. We are looking for someone who has the ability to organize and structure work efficiently. You are good at prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources to achieve short- and long-term goals. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and strives toward common goals. It is natural for you to compromise and to share information and knowledge. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented. You show genuine interest in customers and their questions and problems. Employment type: Temporary employment.
