Our Operations Brunns School is an F-9 school with approximately 525 students. The school is located on Ingarö, 30 minutes by bus from Slussen. The school works with digital tools and has very good digital infrastructure. With respect – joy – participation we work with our focus areas: - Study culture - security and work peace, - promote increased attendance, - knowledge to improve reading and writing skills in all subjects and strengthen mathematics. You will have a fantastic job with freedom under responsibility, meetings with students, parents and professional colleagues. Your Assignment You are responsible for teaching in your subjects and serve as a mentor in a class. This involves teaching grade 5 in mathematics and Swedish. The role of math/Swedish teacher means you are part of a work team. As a mentor, your most important task is to motivate students in their studies and strengthen their self-esteem, social development and maintain contact with guardians. Värmdö municipality uses V-class as a tool in planning and follow-up work, as well as in contact with guardians and students. We are looking for someone who has teacher certification with authorization to teach mathematics and Swedish in grades 4-6. Your Personal Qualities As a person, you are attentive to students' needs, clear, respectful and with great ability to collaborate with both our students and the school's adults. You are a driven and engaged teacher who enjoys challenging and being challenged and who has high expectations of your students.
