One of our nurses will be on parental leave, and we are now looking for a temporary dialysis nurse to cover her absence. WORK DUTIES: At our clinic in Södertälje, we offer hemodialysis and the best possible care based on patients' individual medical needs, with a strong focus on ensuring our patients feel involved and engaged in their treatment. We perform dialysis treatments on behalf of and in close collaboration with our commissioning partners. Here, nursing care and medical technology are combined, and we offer you varied, developmental, and exciting work with the opportunity for further education in renal medicine. No two days are alike, and you work at a varied pace in close collaboration with experienced colleagues. The Södertälje clinic is equipped with our new Surdial X machines. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: You, a licensed nurse, who wants to work with us in Södertälje. It is highly beneficial if you have prior experience working in a dialysis department, but you may also have extensive experience from, for example, acute care or intensive care and have an interest in developing yourself within dialysis. Great weight is placed on personal suitability and the ability to collaborate in a team. Start date for the position by agreement. All new hires receive a personally tailored introduction where we work according to Diaverum's routines and processes together with your mentor. If you do not have dialysis experience, we offer approximately 8 weeks of introduction. All new hires also have access to our internal training portal d.Academy, which is web-based.
