Korsgatans Preschool works together based on the preschool curriculum to create joyful learning for the children. Great emphasis is placed on language and communication, and children are given the opportunity to explore the world through play, interaction, and creative activities. The preschool has three departments that work in teams to create smaller child groups, which we believe is beneficial for the children's development and learning as well as for our work environment. As an educator, you are part of a professional learning community where we work through collegial learning to make good things even better. The preschool is located adjacent to Vänerskolan, a state special school for hearing-impaired and deaf children. The preschool has educators with enhanced expertise regarding children with hearing variations. Job Responsibilities As a childcare worker, you will carry out pedagogical work at the preschool together with your colleagues and contribute to the development of systematic quality assurance. Qualifications You are a trained childcare worker well familiar with the preschool's mission. Sign language skills and experience working in preschool are merits.
