Job Responsibilities As principal, you are responsible for leading, developing, and following up on the operation based on the curriculum, school law, and national and local objectives. The assignment involves having overall responsibility for: driving pedagogical leadership and creating good conditions for learning and development personnel responsibility, including recruitment, employee conversations, and competence development financial and budget responsibility and ensuring good resource utilization systematic quality work, where you plan, follow up, and analyze the operation work environment responsibility and working towards a safe and inclusive environment for both children and staff collaboration and dialogue with guardians, colleagues, and other partners As principal, you report directly to the Deputy Director of Administration and are part of the administration's management group. You become part of an engaged principal collegium where we work closely together and jointly drive the development of preschools across the entire municipality. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: relevant higher education and pedagogical insight through education and experience experience with similar assignments (meriting) completed principal training, or alternatively readiness to begin it within two years for a permanent position ability to be a clear pedagogical leader with good collaboration skills.
