About the Role As an LSS Support Advisor for Adults, you are a key person in ensuring the right services according to LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities) and the Social Services Act (SoL). You meet people of different ages and life situations, helping them find paths to greater participation and independence. The work is varied, legally precise, and deeply human. Investigate, assess, and make decisions on services according to SoL and LSS Conduct structured and inclusive conversations with service users, family members, and other stakeholders in a respectful and attentive manner Document and ensure legally sound case management according to legislation, guidelines, and authority practices Collaborate with other units within social services, regional authorities, and civil society Follow up on decided services and revise goals to strengthen quality and security Activelycontribute to the administration's development work and collegial learning within the team Qualifications – Who You Are We believe you are someone who enjoys the combination of structure, legislation, and close contact with people. You are responsible, confident, flexible, and able to collaborate while making independent decisions when needed. You are passionate about inclusion and ensuring everyone has the conditions to live a good life. Relevant university degree, social work degree, or equivalent education as deemed appropriate by the employer Experience with legally sound authority administration, preferably within SoL and LSS Comfortable interpreting and applying legislation with the ability to make difficult decisions Experience collaborating both internally and externally Familiarity with working in documentation systems and investigation methods such as IBIC Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to express yourself and communicate respectfully Good digital skills and experience with documentation systems and IT support A valid B-category driver's license is required Why You'll Want to Work With Us With us, you step into a work environment where teamwork, dialogue, and joy at work are important parts of daily life.
