WORK DUTIES Work duties: As a treatment specialist, you are part of a team of 12 treatment specialists, with professions including social workers, social educators, sociologist, treatment educator, occupational therapist and alcohol and drug therapist. As a treatment specialist, you work in a supportive and therapeutic manner to help people in difficult situations achieve independent lives. Your assignment as a treatment specialist will be work with young people and adults with substance use and addiction problems, with their relatives and with violence in close relationships. This is based on assignments from investigating social secretaries. The goal is to increase protective factors and reduce risk factors. We use evidence-based methods and proven experience. The content of the treatment work is individually adapted and shaped together with the individual and potentially their network. The work is performed both independently and together with other treatment specialists and will, if necessary, be performed outside office hours. Rotation within the entire operation is a prerequisite. Scope: 100%, daytime. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a social worker, alcohol and drug therapist, treatment educator or equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of and experience with supportive and therapeutic work and if you are trained in relevant treatment and assessment models. We see that you have a good ability to express yourself and communicate in speech and writing. In your role, it is required that you have good cooperation skills as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured manner. The work also requires flexibility and an ability to handle unforeseen situations. As a person, you are calm, stable and trustworthy with an ability to create and maintain good relationships. Thoroughness in administration and good conduct based on strengthening the individual's own ability are also important qualities. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
