Temporary Occupational Therapist for HSL Team

We are now seeking a positive and flexible occupational therapist for a temporary position at 100% with the HSL Team in Östergötland from September 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027. The HSL Team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists working with 12 different facilities in Linköping, Norrköping, Motala, and Söderköping municipalities. Present managers: Both the group manager and unit manager in the HSL Team work clinically in the facilities and provide close support in professional practice and are involved in development. About the role You work in a team together with HSL staff and care personnel. The task is to provide quality of life for patients. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. As an occupational therapist, you find together with the residents the best ways to use their own abilities in everyday life. You support and motivate people to develop and maintain their physical, cognitive, and social abilities themselves. Often this means that you: make assessments and adapt the everyday environment. test and prescribe physical and cognitive aids. get to mentor your colleagues in rehabilitative interventions, approaches, transfer techniques, etc. have contact with the residents' family members. Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: are attracted to varied work that requires great knowledge of health and care enjoy meeting people in different situations are independent, can make your own assessments and decisions, and dare to think for yourself have a pedagogical approach. You are a licensed occupational therapist and we would like to see that you have several years of experience in elderly care. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation.
