Here you'll combine storytelling, video production, and digital content creation in an environment characterized by development, collaboration, and innovation. About the Assignment As a Video & Multimedia Producer, you'll be part of a Change & Communications Team responsible for supporting users and operations through the change journey. Your assignment will be to produce communicative and educational video content that helps different target audiences understand new ways of working, upcoming activities, and important changes. You'll be responsible for the entire production chain, from concept and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will among other things: Develop storylines and scripts for information and change films Plan, coordinate, and execute video productions Interview business representatives, specialists, and project members Film, edit, and produce video material Create animations, graphics, and visual enhancements Ensure content follows communication concepts and graphic guidelines Produce material for intranet, information meetings, roadshows, and training initiatives Adapt content and messaging for different target audiences and channels We're Looking for You If You have experience in video production and digital content creation and feel confident driving the entire production process independently. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Documented experience in video production from concept to finished film Excellent ability to communicate complex information through visual storytelling Experience with interview-based productions Experience with animation and graphic video production Very strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Tools and Systems We'd like to see experience with: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar tools Microsoft 365 Meritorious Experience It's a plus if you also have experience with: Large-scale transformation or digitalization projects SAP, ERP, or IT-related change initiatives Change communication and production of training films Scope and Duration Scope: 80-100% Start: September 2026 Assignment Length: Through December 2026 Application Does this sound like the right assignment for you?
