This is not a maintenance role. This is a key position where you set structure, build teams, and drive the operation forward. About the Role You will be responsible for: Driving and developing our earthworks division Ensuring projects deliver on time, budget, and quality Leading project and site managers Building the right structure for a growing operation Driving business through both existing relationships and new opportunities You own the whole picture: production, people, and business. Who We're Looking For We're not casting a wide net—we're looking for the right person.
