We're Growing – and Hiring Two Site Supervisors in Earth Moving & Construction Topiro Entreprenad continues to expand and has recently signed new contracts. Now we're looking for someone with a strong foundation in earth moving & construction who is ready to take the next step in your career – from production to a more supervisory role. At the same time, we're restructuring resources within our operations, which means we need to strengthen our site team with two supervisors. About the Role As a site supervisor with us, you'll be in the heart of operations – out on the job site, close to production and the team. You'll drive the daily work forward and ensure that projects run according to plan, while you yourself are a natural part of production and support where needed. A major focus of the role is being present on the job site – we believe in hands-on leadership where you create momentum together with the team. You'll be responsible for: planning, leading, and following up on daily work allocating resources and supporting the team in production ensuring schedule, quality, and work environment standards maintaining regular contact with site managers, suppliers, and project management contributing to keeping projects on budget and on pace With us, you'll have significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact – directly in production. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in earth moving & construction who is ready to take the next step in your development. Maybe you're currently a construction worker with extensive experience and feel you want to develop into a supervisory role. We believe you: have several years of experience in earth moving and construction thrive in production environments and like getting things done want to take the step into a supervisory role are responsible, solution-oriented, and structured have good collaboration and leadership skills in daily work Previous experience as a site supervisor is a plus – but not required. What matters most to us is your attitude, your drive, and your willingness to develop.
