About the Role As a project manager at Stockholms Reparationsvarv, you will lead work both internally and in collaboration with external partners, ensuring that all deliverables are completed according to contract. You are responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. Your main responsibilities include: Project Management: Take responsibility for project planning, project execution, and profitability from start to completion. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate and align work between internal supervisors and other project managers, subcontractors, and customers. Documentation and Follow-up: Ensure proper customer documentation and conduct project follow-up and project reporting. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and has experience with maritime projects. To succeed in this role, you need: Experience from the maritime industry, such as Chief Engineer or First Engineer Officer on ships, maritime engineer, or other relevant technical experience. Experience in project management and budget responsibility, as well as the ability to manage multiple parallel projects. Technical education at university level or equivalent, preferably in marine engineering. B-class driver's license. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
