We Are Seeking Substitute Care Workers for Home Care Services in Sigtuna/Märsta

Attendo's home care services in Sigtuna and Märsta are now hiring substitutes for the summer. We operate 2 home care activities located in Sigtuna municipality with one facility in Märsta and one in Sigtuna. We work on assignment from Sigtuna municipality and help our home care customers with approved care and service provisions in their homes. We get between customers by bicycle or car depending on distance, which means cycling experience is a requirement for the position and a cycling test will be conducted during the interview. About the Role As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere for our customers is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich the everyday life of our elderly. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with, for example, preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, and licensed personnel. Qualifications Requirements: Experience from care work in elderly care/home care Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) Good technical skills (use of systems on mobile phones) Cycling experience - Cycling test at interview Meritorious: Nursing assistant with protected professional title Care assistant training of at least 800 credits Driver's License B What Can We Offer You?
