About the Role
As a technical workshop technician with us, you will work in our own factory in Eskilstuna, becoming an important part of our production team. You don't need to have done this exact job before – we'll train you. What matters most is that you're technically interested, take initiative, and want to do a good job.
You will work with modern materials and machinery to build enclosure systems characterized by stability, user-friendliness, and sleek design.
In your role, you will work with:
• Manufacturing aluminum profiles, metal parts, doors, and windows.
• Processing and handling materials according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Quality control to ensure our high standards are met.
• Operating workshop machinery and hand tools.
• Collaborating with colleagues to optimize production flow and ensure quick deliveries.

• Works well in a team and contributes to a good workplace atmosphere.
Merits – but not requirements:
• It's a merit if you speak Polish, as it facilitates communication with several of our employees and partners.
• Previous experience in workshop work, production, or craftsmanship is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
