About the Role As Operations Manager, you lead the work at the unit with responsibility for daily operations and activity planning. You provide your staff with the best conditions to contribute to good and high-quality care. Your educational background must align with the formal requirements to be a permit holder for the operation in accordance with the qualifications below. In addition, you are a confident leader with previous experience working with this target group. As a leader, you are communicative, trustworthy, and place the customer at the center. To succeed in the role, you are results-oriented and enjoy work that demands flexibility and is carried out in constant change. You apply a coaching, solution-focused approach and enjoy working toward and with established goals. You also have an understanding of and knowledge in finance and can follow up on and analyze the operation's results. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Higher education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse, or other equivalent education, according to the requirements of the Inspection for Care (IVO) to be a permit holder Education in social law at least 7.5 credits (if not educated as a social worker) At least 2 years of experience in a management position within healthcare and/or social care Experience with budget work and financial analysis Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing Class B driver's license Meritorious if you also have: Experience from work within private care operations Experience leading operations in development and change Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth What Can We Offer You?
