About the role As an Operations Manager, you will lead the work at the unit with responsibility for daily operations and business planning. Main responsibilities Responsibility for daily operations, personnel, and scheduling Conduct systematic quality and business development Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and families Finance and budget management related to operations Ensure occupancy in accordance with budget and established targets Collaborate with support functions within the group Who are you? You are a confident leader with previous experience working with this target group. As a leader, you are communicative, trustworthy, and put the customer at the center. To succeed in this role, you are results-oriented and thrive with work that requires flexibility and is carried out in constant change. You apply a coaching, solution-focused approach and enjoy working with and toward established goals. Furthermore, you have an understanding of and knowledge in finance and can monitor and analyze operational results. We place great importance on personal suitability. Qualifications Relevant education from a university or vocational college, equivalent to at least two years of full-time studies (university education of at least 120 credits or vocational college education of at least 400 credits). At least two years of full-time work experience within the last seven years in elderly care or care for adults with disabilities. At least two years of full-time management experience. Education in social law of at least 7.5 credits (if not educated as a social worker) Experience with budget work and financial analysis Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written B-level driver's license Meritorious if you also have Social worker, nurse, or behavioral scientist background is meritorious Experience working in the private care sector Experience leading operations in development and change Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth What can we offer you?
