In Borgholm, there are three care and residential living facilities, a short-term care activity, and two night patrols – located in central Borgholm and in Löttorp. We are now seeking nursing assistants who want to work nights and contribute to developing safe, modern, and person-centered elderly care. DUTIES As a nursing assistant on the night shift, you work closely with care recipients based on their individual needs. Your duties include, among other things: • Providing good care during the night • Monitoring and managing safety alarms • Performing delegated health and medical care tasks (HSL) • Documenting provided services You will become an important part of a team that values safety, quality, and compassion for both care recipients and colleagues. We are seeking night staff for the following facilities: • Tullgatan and Ekbackas Care and Residential Living facilities in central Borgholm QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, confident in your professional role, and who enjoys working independently during the night. You have a warm approach, appreciate responsibility, and want to contribute to high-quality care. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, including manner of interaction, ability to cooperate, and commitment. It is a merit if you have previously worked in elderly care. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration and start date: Start date by agreement. Working hours: Shift schedule.
