In addition to rewarding work, Mora offers what we love: nature, culture, family, a comfortable pace – and larger cities within reach when we want a bit of extra adventure. My days at Andersgården so far have been filled with meetings, laughter, planning, new ideas, and the occasional "oh, there's a construction worker I haven't seen before!" Here we're building something new from the ground up – an entirely new team with employees from different parts of Sweden who together create something unique with a warm and homey feel. We focus on abilities, not limitations. We believe we achieve the most together – as a team, with our residents, and with their families. With high ambitions, plenty of laughter along the way, and shared commitment, we create real magic! You work closely with our residents and create safety and well-being for people with dementia.
