About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich the daily lives of our elderly. Your responsibilities include: Personal care according to the organization's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Carry out documentation and work based on decided interventions Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant. Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) Good computer skills/experience Meriting: Experience from care work in elderly care Experience with delegation. What Can We Offer You?
