About the Activity We are in a development phase where we work to create a modern and flexible activity with high quality, where the participants' needs, wishes, and goals are in focus. Daily activities according to LSS should contribute to people with disabilities having the opportunity for participation, independence, and personal development. The activity should offer meaningful activities, social community, and individually tailored support with the goal of strengthening the individual's abilities and opportunities to live a life like others. To continue developing the activity, we are now seeking two support pedagogues who want to contribute with expertise, commitment, and innovative thinking to our work. Job Responsibilities As a support pedagogue, you have a special mission to contribute to a pedagogical and methodical approach that strengthens the quality of the activity. You work closely with participants in their daily activities while being a key person in supporting the work team in pedagogical matters, supervision, and method development. Your job responsibilities include, among other things: Plan, implement, and follow up pedagogical interventions based on the individual's needs and goals. Ensure that work is conducted based on a pedagogical and habilitative approach. Work with clarifying pedagogy, AAC, and low-affect interaction. Establish, follow up, and document implementation plans and support colleagues in the work. Support colleagues in pedagogical matters and contribute to development of work methods and approaches. Collaborate with participants, relatives, and other internal and external partners. Work to strengthen participants' influence, self-determination, and participation. Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have a degree from a support pedagogue education (200 vocational school credits) Have experience working in daily activities LSS Have good knowledge of clarifying pedagogy, AAC, and low-affect interaction. Have good ability to document and express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Have a driver's license and be able to drive the activity's vehicles for work purposes Can supervise or support work teams in pedagogical matters. Have worked and have good expertise within autism spectrum. Have experience leading development work within functional support.
