About the Job as a Personal Assistant
As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your work tasks generally involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they wish.
Work Tasks
Your work tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can include everything from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.
We Are Looking for You If:
We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and has an easy time learning new work tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training on the role of personal assistant.
About the Employment
The employment is for a fixed term for as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the salary form is hourly pay. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, and on-call night shifts, weekdays as well as weekends.
