Your Responsibilities We are seeking hourly substitutes who can work flexibly and with short notice in our facility. In your daily work, you will work together with your colleagues as a swimming instructor, perform pool supervision, cashier services, facility maintenance, and more. Your Qualifications Good swimming ability is a requirement. You have experience working as a pool attendant at a swimming facility and experience conducting swimming lessons. You must have completed Guldbojen and also have good knowledge of CPR and water rescue. It is advantageous if you have swimming instructor certification. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and customer-focused. You have a welcoming manner, a sense of order, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere with both customers and staff. You have good teamwork skills, are reliable and stable, self-motivated, and take responsibility for your tasks.
