We Are Seeking Hourly Substitute Staff for Our Care and Residential Facilities in the City Center

In Borgholm, there are three care and residential facilities, a short-term activity program, and two night patrols – located in central Borgholm and in Löttorp. Right now we are seeking hourly substitute staff for our facilities, Tullgatan and Ekbacka in central Borgholm. We are looking for both night and day shifts. WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant or care attendant, you work closely with care recipients based on their individual needs. Your tasks include, among other things: • Providing good care and support • Monitoring and handling of safety alarms • Performing delegated healthcare and nursing tasks (HSL) • Documentation of approved services You will become an important part of a team that values security, quality, and consideration for both care recipients and colleagues. We are seeking staff for the following facilities: • Tullgatan and Ekbacka Care and Residential Facilities in central Borgholm QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or care attendant. You should feel confident in your professional role and enjoy working independently. You have a warm approach, appreciate responsibility, and want to contribute to high-quality care. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, which includes approach, ability to collaborate, and commitment. It is a merit if you have previously worked in elderly care. Salary form: Hourly wage. Type of employment: Fixed-term employment. Duration, start date: Start date by agreement. Work schedule: Shift work.
