Job Responsibilities
As a Welder at Hammar Maskin, you will primarily weld stainless steel components using MIG/MAG welding methods; TIG welding may also occur. In addition to welding, your responsibilities may include post-weld inspections, assembly, and various workshop tasks related to production.
Work Schedule: Day shift or 2-shift rotation. Full-time, 100%.
Location: Olsfors, just outside Borås.
Start Date: By agreement.
Background and Personal Qualities
We are looking for a meticulous and driven welder for a stable industrial company just outside Borås! You are someone who takes pride in delivering high quality and always strives to produce well-executed work. You are comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues when needed.
We would like you to have:
• Experience with manual welding, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience reading technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.
We understand that experience comes in many forms. If you have practical experience from farm work or welding as a hobby, we see that as a great asset!
About Us
FIRST Personalpartner is an authorized staffing company specializing in the industrial sector. We provide personnel for temporary staffing and recruitment. We work locally and always strive to place personnel with the demanded skills as close to the client company as possible. This position is a temp-to-hire role, which means there is a possibility of permanent employment with the client company after the staffing period.
