Job Responsibilities As a TIG welder, you'll be an important part of production where quality, precision, and craftsmanship are at the center. You'll work primarily with TIG welding of custom-made products, but edge pressing and other common metalworking tasks are also part of the job. The work is varied since a large portion of production consists of unique customer orders. You'll work with modern machinery and equipment alongside experienced colleagues in an operation where collaboration, accuracy, and a strong quality focus are an integral part of everyday work. Background and Personal Qualities We're looking for someone with TIG welding experience and preferably knowledge of edge pressing or other metalworking. You're accustomed to working from drawings and have a good understanding of the importance of quality, precision, and accuracy in every step. As a person, you're responsible, engaged, and have a technical interest. You work in a structured manner and have an eye for detail. You're also solution-oriented, flexible, and like to take initiative when needed. We highly value teamwork skills and are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team while also being able to work independently. We're looking for someone with the desire to develop, the right attitude, and a positive contribution to the work group is just as important as your experience.
