About Unika Bränningevägen Short-term Home Unika's Bränningevägen short-term residential facility is located in Årsta. At our short-term residence, both the environment and support are tailored to each child's individual needs. We customize activities and stays based on what the children themselves enjoy doing, and we encourage both physical and calm activities. Each child and young person is met with great attentiveness and respect. About the Role of Support Assistant As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually tailored support to people with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in daily life. You will support users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point. We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, where we start from each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you work with clarifying pedagogy and low-affective communication to create security and predictability in users' daily lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the organization's resources and budget. Qualifications Requirements: - Very good ability in Swedish in both speech and writing. - Good computer skills, experience with documentation. - Experience working in care and nursing. - Secondary education such as child and leisure program, care and nursing program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field. Merits if you also have: - Experience in psychiatry, AAC and low-affective communication. - Worked with complex support needs. - Protected professional title as nursing assistant. Employment Terms Employment type: approximately 70% Working hours: evenings and weekends Start date: According to agreement; we view positively if you can start shortly.
