About the Role
As a setter/operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing machinery in production. You will be a key person in ensuring an efficient flow and high quality in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and adjust machines for production
• Monitor production and ensure everything functions as it should
• Perform ongoing quality control checks
• Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of machines
• Work on improvements to streamline production
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments

• Have experience working in industry, preferably as an operator or setter
