School Bus Driver in Mellerud (Temporary Position)

Vy Buss is seeking a school bus driver in Mellerud for the fall term 2026 Do you want a job where you make a difference? Then you might be the one we're looking for! Vy Buss is now seeking a safe, responsible, and service-oriented driver who wants to drive a school bus for us at Vy Buss in Mellerud. As a school bus driver, you are responsible for transporting students in a safe and secure manner. Duties Your responsibilities include: - Safe and secure driving in school traffic - Provide good service and answer questions from passengers - Contribute to a positive experience for everyone traveling with us - Ensure punctuality - Be a helpful hand for both colleagues and passengers Other duties may include: - Cleaning, washing, and safety inspections of buses - Cleaning windows and wiping down the dashboard and overhead compartments - Sorting lost and found items - Cleaning the depot - Servicing/cleaning the coffee machine - Waste sorting Who Are You? We are looking for someone who: - Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team - Is service-oriented, responsible, and flexible - Works well with both other school bus drivers and colleagues throughout the operation - Contributes to a positive work environment and good workplace atmosphere You also need a valid D driver's license and YKB certification. Experience with bus driving is a merit but not required – your attitude and willingness to do a good job are most important.
