The Care and Services Administration with approximately 1500 employees is one of the administrations in the City of Mölndal and includes elderly care, support services and health care. 2 position(s). DUTIES We are now seeking registered nurses for the City of Mölndal's municipal primary care. You should be a positive person who wants to help create the best possible care and support every day for our patients. Working as a registered nurse in municipal primary care means you must be attentive and thorough as a person. It places great demands on your ability to collaborate with several different professions that surround our patients. In your work, you operate based on the organization's goals and independently take responsibility for assessments and planning of specific care needs. You should work close to patients and create individual care plans for each patient. It is your and your team's responsibility to ensure that care work is carried out in accordance with current legislation. You work in a consultative, health-promoting and preventive manner and contribute to cooperation around the individual patient. As a nurse in municipal primary care, you are a key connector and play an important role in the patient's individual care. QUALIFICATIONS The position requires that you are a registered nurse, and we consider it meritorious if you have further education such as district nurse or within open health care, geriatrics or other education that the employer deems equivalent. We would appreciate if you have work experience in municipal health care. You are flexible and adapt easily to changing circumstances and see opportunities in change.
