We are now seeking nurses interested in working on an as-needed basis within our organization.
Your Responsibilities
We are looking for hourly temporary staff who can work flexibly with short notice across our operations. As a nurse with us, you will meet your patients in their home environments, which provides security for the patient. It is a very mobile position, and we make home visits in urban settings, rural areas, and in the archipelago.
Our work ranges from simple medical interventions to interventions using advanced medical equipment and technology. Part of the work involves end-of-life care. As a nurse, you will educate and delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff at our residential facilities and home care services.
You are responsible for following up and evaluating planned interventions. We work in teams where multiple professions collaborate around patients. The teams include care staff, unit managers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nurses to gain a holistic perspective on patient care.
As a nurse with us, you have an independent role where you plan and organize your own work. This gives you great freedom in the job. Continuous development work takes place within the operation to improve care for our patients.
Your Qualifications
We are seeking a licensed nurse. For this position, you must also have a B-level driver's license.
We are looking for someone who wants a mobile job, takes personal responsibility, and works independently. You will travel to home visits to meet your patients, so you need to feel confident in your role and be self-reliant in your work. It is important that you have good empathy, strong collaboration skills, and can communicate with others in a responsive and constructive manner. The role also requires that you are secure and stable, that you have self-awareness, and can seek help when needed.
You will plan your work independently, which means you need to be able to organize and prioritize your tasks. If the situation requires it, you may need to adjust your schedule, so it is important that you are flexible and can see opportunities in change.
