About the Role As a nurse at our facilities, you will have varied work where you both work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, and where you also make assessments and decisions about interventions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare services are now provided at the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developmental tasks. You will have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence operations. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating care tasks to healthcare staff and are motivated by working together with your colleagues to create high-quality care for our residents. Qualifications Requirements: Registered nurse At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care Very good knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing Meritorious if you also have: Experience from work in private care operations Experience in supervision Education in geriatrics or district nursing What Can We Offer You?
