We are located across from Långbroparken with walking distance to Fruängens center and close to good public transportation. We are now recruiting a registered nurse on a 100% basis. About the Role As a registered nurse with us, you will have varied work where you both work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents and where you also make assessments and decisions about measures in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare services take place at the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developmental tasks. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations. You will work together with two colleagues and be the responsible nurse for one floor. As a registered nurse at Attendo, you are important and your expertise is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual. Main Responsibilities Medication Management Work in National Quality Registers Supervision of Care Personnel Care Responsibility for Patients Who Are You? As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating care tasks to healthcare personnel and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those who live with us. Qualifications Requirements: Registered Nurse At least one to three years of professional experience, preferably within elderly care Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written Meriting factors if you also have Experience from work within private care operations Experience in supervision Education in geriatrics or district healthcare What Can We Offer You?
