Within the social care administration, approximately 1,200 committed employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home services, disability services, and social psychiatry, as well as individual and family care. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are currently seeking an engaged and experienced nurse for a meaningful and developmental role in disability services and social psychiatry. You will be an important part of a competent team working to create security and quality for our patients. As a nurse within the unit for people with disabilities and social psychiatry, you will have a flexible and varied job where you have the opportunity to really make a difference. You are responsible for assessment, follow-up, and documentation in accordance with the Health and Medical Care Act, as well as managing medication, care planning, and assessments of physical and mental health conditions. You will also work in close collaboration with other professionals and actors in health and care. Working hours are weekdays with weekend shifts two weekends per ten weeks. During weekends, you will work across the entire municipality, including both specialized and ordinary housing as well as LSS and social psychiatry. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in the role of nurse, you must be careful, able to adapt to situations, and have a holistic view of patients' needs. The work as a nurse with us requires both decisiveness and analytical thinking. We are looking for someone who: • Is a licensed nurse. • Has at least 2 years of experience working as a nurse. • Has a category B driving license. It is advantageous if you have: • Experience working in the disability services field (LSS). • Experience working in social psychiatry or psychiatry. • Further education with a focus on psychiatry. • Experience in municipal health and medical care.
