Service Staff Wanted! We are now looking for a dedicated and customer-focused service staff member who wants to be part of our wonderful team. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, is passionate about service, and wants to help create a truly great experience for our guests. As part of our service team, you are our face to the outside world and play an important role in making our guests feel welcome and well taken care of. We would like to see that you are positive, social, and responsible, and that you thrive working at a fast pace. You need to be a team player who enjoys collaborating and who always strives to give guests that little something extra. Previous experience in restaurants or serving is a merit, but what matters most to us is your attitude and commitment. About Sjöbo Gästgivargård We are an operation in the heart of Sjöbo with a long tradition of food, service, and gatherings. Here restaurant operations are combined with hotel, conferences, and various types of events. We welcome both our daily lunch and à la carte guests as well as larger groups at, for example, weddings, parties, and conferences. With us, the year is varied and filled with different types of arrangements. In the fall, our popular goose dinners are in focus, while winter brings Christmas buffets with many guests and festive occasions. In between we have lunches, dinners, conferences, private gatherings, and other events that make no two days quite the same. Because we are a smaller team, it is especially important that we get along and can work together. We help each other where needed, support each other during intensive periods, and take joint responsibility for the operation to function at its best. At the same time, a smaller workplace also means you get great personal responsibility and a lot of independent work. We are therefore looking for someone who is confident in taking their own initiatives, sees what needs to be done, and can drive your tasks forward without always needing someone beside you. The work is varied and the pace can shift from quiet weekdays to intensive periods with larger groups, goose dinners, and Christmas buffets. This suits you if you enjoy variety, thrive with both independent work and teamwork, and want to contribute to both quality and well-being in the workplace.
