We are seeking a Service Technician for CRAMO in Falun

About the position As a service technician at CRAMO, you will have a varied and responsible role where you combine technology, service, and customer contact in your daily work. You are responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and function-testing machines that are returned from rental, as well as performing minor repairs and maintenance to ensure that equipment is in top condition for the next assignment. The role also involves driving the company's light truck for deliveries and pickups of materials and machines, which gives you daily contact with our customers and the opportunity to contribute to positive customer experiences. In addition to the practical work, you will also handle certain order-related tasks and participate in developing customer relationships and contributing to the company's sales. At CRAMO, you become an important part of the business where your service mindset, engagement, and problem-solving skills make a difference every day. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays from 07:00-16:00. Your profile We are looking for an independent and hardworking person who enjoys working practically and thrives in an environment where organization and orderliness are essential. You are social, thorough, and structured, and you enjoy communicating and building relationships with others, both with your colleagues and the customers you will visit. In meeting our customers, we would like to see that you have a good ability to identify and develop opportunities for additional sales. Since you will be testing and to some extent repairing machines, we would like you to have knowledge and previous experience handling similar tasks. Since you will be driving the company's light truck during work, a B driver's license is required. It is a strong merit if you have forklift certification A+B and training in Safe Lifting.
