We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing, and solution-oriented person who wants to work as a Service Advisor at a successful company in Uppsala. Here you will have an important role where you create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues every day.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you have a central function in the workshop's daily operations. You are the customer's first point of contact, before, during, and after their visit, and you ensure that every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Responsibilities
Schedule customers for workshop visits via phone and email
Receive and hand over vehicles
Handle payments, documentation, and customer matters
Provide advice and guidance on basic technical questions
Work in the workshop's computer systems and support customers via phone and email
Contribute to high service standards and customer satisfaction at all levels
You will become part of an engaged team where quality, clear communication, and good collaboration are important.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a background in service professions, preferably with experience from the automotive industry or a similar customer-facing role. Alternatively, you have worked in a service-intensive profession and feel this is your next challenge.
We would like to see that you:
Have a strong sense of service and enjoy helping people
Are social, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
See solutions instead of problems
Find it easy to make contact and build relationships
Are organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Speak and write Swedish fluently
Have a B-class driver's license
Experience with automotive industry systems (such as Kobra, Automaster, Tacdis, Elsa, or Winassist) is a merit, but not required. If you also have an interest in cars, that's a plus.
Application and Start Date
This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are daytime Monday-Friday, with shifts varying between 7-16 and 9-18. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will be by your side and support you towards a successful career.
