Customer-Focused Tire Technicians Wanted

About the Company We are looking for tire changers for the fall season for our client in the Gothenburg area. Job Description As we prepare for the fall wheel change season, we are now seeking a couple of customer-focused tire technicians. The work is full-time for approximately 7-10 weeks during the period when tire changes occur in the fall. Your main tasks will consist of changing wheels, but other duties such as balancing, removal, washing, and storage of tires may also occur. You will have customer contact at the counter in connection with tire changes. You will have a consultative role with customers where you inform them of the status of their existing tires and provide any recommendations. Work hours are scheduled Monday-Friday. Some overtime in the evenings may occur or alternatively on Saturdays. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience with tire installation and an interest in vehicles. To succeed in this combined role, you must be comfortable talking with customers and have a service-oriented mindset. You need very strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure. You must express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have training in automotive technology. A Class B driver's license is required as you will be driving cars to the installation site for certain customers. We would like to see some experience from the service industry where customer interaction was a central part of the work. If you have previously worked with any IT programs, that is a plus.
