Education/Experience We are looking for someone who loves service, has good communication skills, is service-oriented, wants to work in a team, enjoys working with people, and is willing to take personal responsibility and has a positive attitude. Subway has high hygiene requirements and it is important that the store is clean and neat and that our products maintain high quality. You should be able to collaborate with others on the team but also work independently and take initiative when needed. We are looking for someone who wants to work on providing our guests with a great experience during their visit with us. The employment begins with two weeks of internal training in both the cash register system and food preparation according to Subway® guidelines.
