Job Responsibilities
Are you interested in working hands-on in manufacturing?
We are now recruiting production workers for our client companies operating in the manufacturing industry. Your work tasks may vary depending on the department you work in, but may include packing, packaging, simple machine work, product inspection, forklift operation, and other common industrial work. You will also be responsible for checking that products meet your client company's standards.
Work hours are during the day shift.
Background and Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone with work experience from the industrial sector or relevant training. We value quality, precision, and structure in work, and it is important that you can take initiative and work well in a team. You are comfortable with physical work and have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. A driver's license and access to a car are required for this position, as it may be difficult to arrive on time using public transportation.
You are perceived as cheerful, social, and positively oriented toward work, and you're willing to pitch in where needed. You can work both independently and in a group and have a natural ability to collaborate. Our client companies maintain very high quality standards for their products, which means that as an applicant to us, you are naturally a very careful person who understands the value of delivering high-quality work.
