The tasks are within food production and therefore require precision in areas such as hygiene, quality, and the environment. The work will be varied but primarily consist of machine operator work, assistance, packaging, and in some cases heavy lifting. This is a full-time assignment with immediate start. The work will be scheduled according to a rotating 5-shift system, meaning you will alternate between working day, evening, night, and weekend shifts according to a rotating schedule. You will be employed by NearYou and work for our client Estrella. Qualifications We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of previous experience in production, preferably in food or cleanroom environments. You must have a completed high school diploma. As a person, you are punctual, responsible, and highly committed to your work. You are organized, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working independently and being self-driven. It is important that you can handle a high pace and work toward achieving the company's goals. This is a physically demanding job and in some cases involves heavy lifting; therefore, the position requires that you have good physical fitness. If you are a person who enjoys meeting new people and thrives in an environment where you can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, you will thrive in this role with us. You have a good ability to see what needs to be done in your surroundings and you are flexible. Great weight will be placed on your personal suitability. It is a requirement that you have previously worked in the food industry and have experience with production work. You must be able to work according to a rotating 5-shift system.
