Job Description
We're looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and grow in the profession. Ideally, you have previous experience in industrial work and thrive in an environment where precision, responsibility, and collaboration are paramount.
As a production worker with our clients, you'll work alongside your colleagues to ensure an efficient and stable production flow. We therefore look for someone with a positive attitude, natural drive, and strong work ethic. You're flexible and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Previous industrial experience is a plus, as is machinery experience.
If you hold a forklift certification and have forklift operation experience, that's an extra advantage. The work is shift-based, meaning day, evening, and night shifts may occur.
A valid driver's license and access to a car are required.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
*Has a positive attitude and strong drive
*Enjoys working both independently and in a team
*Is detail-oriented and takes responsibility
*Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
*Holds a Class B driver's license
*Has experience in the manufacturing industry
