Ideally, you have prior experience from industrial work and thrive in an environment where precision, responsibility, and collaboration are key. As a production worker with our clients, you'll work alongside your colleagues to ensure an efficient and stable production flow. We therefore expect you to have a positive attitude, natural drive, and strong work ethic. You're flexible and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team. We place great importance on your personal qualities. Previous industrial experience is a merit, as is machinery experience. If you have a forklift license and forklift operating experience, that's an added bonus. The work is conducted in shifts, which means day, evening, and night shifts may occur. A driver's license and access to a car are required.
