Apply now to get the chance to be part of this important work! Job Responsibilities Assemble and inspect medical/pharmaceutical products according to specifications and quality requirements. Participate in improvement initiatives and quality assurance work. You will work to maintain a safe work environment and comply with company policies and regulations. Work in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation and quality requirements. Handle and maintain machines and equipment safely. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products. Since the work takes place in a production environment, the work can sometimes be physically demanding. Work hours are primarily scheduled for 3 or 5-shift rotation, but all types of shift patterns may occur. Who Are You? You are a careful and responsible person who thrives working in a production environment. You are accustomed to following work instructions and have the ability to work efficiently to ensure high quality in your work. Collaborating with others is something you appreciate, and you are a team player who contributes to a positive work climate. You are flexible and can adapt to changes in work tasks and work schedules. Requirements: • High school diploma or relevant work experience (experience from industry and production) • Very good skills in Swedish language—both spoken and written, and strong reading comprehension • Ability to work all types of shifts • Experience documenting, such as incident reporting, familiarity with working with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted during the interview) • Documented proficiency with computer systems, such as SAP or equivalent Meritorious: • At least two years of work experience is desirable.
