Job Responsibilities
Assemble and inspect medical technical products according to specifications and quality requirements. Participate in improvement initiatives and quality assurance work. You will work to maintain a good work environment and comply with company guidelines and regulations. Work in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation and quality requirements. Handle and maintain machines and equipment safely. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products. Since the work takes place in a production environment, the work can sometimes be physically demanding.
Work hours are primarily scheduled for 3 or 5-shift operations, but all types of shift arrangements may occur.

You are a conscientious and responsible person who enjoys working in a production environment. You are accustomed to following work instructions and have the ability to work efficiently to ensure high quality in your work. Collaborating with others is something you appreciate, and you are a team player who contributes to a good work climate. You are flexible and can adapt to changes in work tasks and working hours.
Requirements:
• Upper secondary education or relevant work experience (experience from industry and production)
• Very good skills in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension in Swedish
• Ability to work all types of shifts
• Experience with documentation, such as deviation reporting, experience working with protocols, recipes, log books, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted during the interview)
• Documented good system proficiency, such as SAP or equivalent
Meritorious:
• At least two years of work experience is desirable. Preferably within industry and production, especially in the pharmaceutical sector
• Experience with GMP and LEAN
• Forklift certification according to TLP10 A1-4 and B1-4
