We are now seeking a dedicated and thoughtful personal assistant for a 10-year-old boy with NPF, living in Stenungsund. You are a trustworthy, positive, and active person who has an easy way of building confidence and establishing relationships. You are attentive, stable, and have a genuine interest in working with children and young people. You speak fluent Swedish and are a non-smoker. In your role as a personal assistant, you will support the boy in his daily life and contribute to a safe, developmental, and meaningful existence. The work requires you to be able to work in a structured manner, speak calmly and clearly, be present in the moment, and adapt to individual needs. About the Position We are seeking substitutes for extra work. Working hours are scheduled during day, evening, and night shifts on weekdays and weekends. Meritorious Qualifications • Experience with low-affective interaction approaches • Experience working with NPF • Ability to work in a clear and structured manner • Non-smoker Personal Qualities • Calm, patient, and confident in yourself • Good collaboration skills and respect for routines and structure • Attentive and observant • Ability to handle stress and work with low-affective approaches in challenging situations • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team The work is based in Stenungsund but may also involve accompanying the child on activities outside the home.
